We accept cash and debit/credit cards as forms of payment.
We are happy to change your appointment, however we do require 24 hours notice in order to do this. If you do not show up, or fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged the full treatment cost.
The clinic has contracts for physiotherapy treatments with BUPA and AXA Health (restricted cover for women's health physio see below) and will claim on your behalf once you let us have your membership and authorisation numbers, which are needed prior to treatment.
Our clinic provider numbers are 80009448 (BUPA) and ZZ01839 (AXA Health) and all our physiotherapists are automatically covered under our contract number.
Whilst we are recognised by all other major insurance companies, you will be expected to pay at the time of treatment and we shall issue receipts in order for you to claim.
Osteopaths (except Harry) have individual contracts with BUPA and will claim on your behalf as above. We only have a physiotherapy contract for AXA Health not for osteopathy.
* Pessary fittings cannot be booked online, contact reception for bookings. The fitting appointment does not include the pessary, prices start from £55. Pessary price will vary depending on type. A £100 non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. We are happy to re-schedule your appointment but kindly ask that you allow us at least 5 working days to do so. Deposits are not refundable if you decide to cancel you appointment.
**Referral letter and prescription request included in consultation. Tests and cost of prescription medication discussed in appointment with your GP.
