Sarah qualified in 2014 from the University of Brighton.
She has 10 years hands on NHS clinical practice and has spent the last 7 years working as part of a large multidisciplinary team that specialises in diabetes care.
She has extensive expertise in diabetes and high risk management, and in addition, a keen interest in nail surgery.
Individualised and thorough treatment plans ensure every patients needs are approached holistically and compassionately.
Sarah started her podiatry career with East Sussex healthcare. She quickly developed a natural flare for nail surgery, diabetic foot care and wound management. She has completed rotations in all aspects of podiatric care including musculoskeletal and rheumatology management.
In 2016 she relocated to London where she continued to develop her skills with Guy’s and St Thomas’s NHS trust. This led to a prestigious role in collaboration with Kings College hospital NHS foundation trust; her involvement in the development of new acute diabetes foot services across the south east of London.
These hub sites have continued to be successful and have enabled high standards of diabetic foot care to become available to a wider community.
Sarah continues to work at Kings’ with the country’s leading diabetes foot and limb salvage multidisciplinary team as a band 8a High risk specialist practitioner.
She leads and coordinates all aspects of the acute diabetes foot inpatient service, supports the outpatient team and has extensive knowledge in Charcot foot osteoarthropathy, acute diabetic foot complications and pre and post-operative surgical management of complex reconstructive procedures and limb salvage techniques.
This includes diabetes, vascular and renal foot complications; ensuring this high risk patient group receive the intensive, expert care that they require to maintain limb preservation.
Sarah also works closely with rehabilitation teams and has an intricate understanding of the psychology and difficulties surrounding long term disease and chronic conditions.
Her down to earth and compassionate approach is her ethos and her commitment to finding the most appropriate treatment plan that involves the patients perspective and needs is her main priority.

Appointments with Sarah are available:
- Thursday 8am - 2pm, which will be extending to 8am - 7pm
- Every other Saturday (2nd and 4th of the month) 9am - 4pm
