Sal graduated from the Brunel University with a Physiotherapy BSc (Hons) degree and went on to work initially in the NHS for a number of years in variety of departments. In 2015 she has moved to the private sector to continue her journey as a specialist MSK Physiotherapist. Drawing on her extensive musculoskeletal experience she focuses on the delivery of holistic and individualised treatment plans for wide range of corporate and private client.
Over the years, Sal took numerous postgraduate courses to develop her musculoskeletal skills and she uses a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture, exercise prescription as well as education to help her clients achieve their goals. She is also a registered member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) as well as qualified Pilates teacher, trained by the APPI. More recently, Sal has developed a special interest in pelvic health. She is a certified MummyMOT practitioner and is currently undertaking a Master’s qualifications at Brunel University as Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Pelvic Health.
Sal is on the mission to deliver Physiotherapy that helps people to get back to doing what they love.
