Dr Maria Shumbusho is a caring and conscientious GP committed to providing holistic and high-quality patient care. Dr. Shumbusho complements Dr Kalia and his team of accomplished physicians.
Dr Shumbusho gained a First Class honours degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Leeds prior to completing her Medical degree at the University of Warwick. After graduating, Dr Shumbusho trained at some of the most prestigious teaching hospitals in London where she gained experience in a wide range of medical specialities.
Although Dr Shumbusho enjoys all aspects of General Practice, she has expertise and specialist qualifications in women’s health and the menopause.
Dr Shumbusho currently divides her time between Private and NHS General Practice.
Outside of work she enjoys travelling, Pilates and cooking.
