Megan qualified in 2014 from the University of East London and has 9 years of clinical experience working in the NHS. She has spent the last 5 years in hospital settings working as part of large multidisciplinary teams that specialise in diabetes and vascular care delivering expert care in some of the best foot clinics in the country. She has expert knowledge in diabetes, vascular and high risk management and has a specialist interest in wound care.

Megan has a broad knowledge of all aspects of the foot and lower limb and will assess accordingly to provide you with a bespoke treatment plan including: a diagnosis, treatment of your foot concern and signposting on if required with the necessary professionals to address your underlying health issues that may be causing your symptoms. She will educate you about how to improve and maintain your own foot health.

  • Routine foot care needs: nail care/ callus maintenance, corns
  • Cracked heels
  • Nail care only
  • Foot education and management including shoe assessment.
  • Fungal nail and fungal skin infections
  • Diabetes assessment, advice, wound management and liaison with acute multidisciplinary teams.
  • High risk patients- diabetes (including Charcot foot assessment) , vascular, autoimmune disease, chemotherapy, renal disease, complex and chronic conditions
  • Dermatology Referrals via GP or acute teams
  • Circulation difficulties in the lower extremities often caused by diabetes
  • GP referral
  • Shockwave therapy for conditions such as plantar fasciitis, sports injuries, chronic pain
  • Verrucae management
  • Heel and arch pain including plantar fasciitis, Forefoot pain, Ankle pain in adults
  • In growing toenails in both children and adults
  • Nail surgery pre-assessment in both children and adults

Megan's friendly and compassionate approach underpins her practice. Her focus is putting patients first and at the heart of everything she does, incorporating their individual needs into their treatment is her main priority. She places great importance on empowering her patients to engage in goal setting and collaborates with them to work on their overall foot health together.
