Spotlight on Acupuncture

We have been lucky to work with Sinsook (BSc Hons. Dip Ac. Dip OHM), our acupuncturist, for nearly 10 years. Acupuncture is a holistic treatment which focuses on improving your overall wellbeing.

Recently a rigorous evidence based medical review looked at the effectiveness of acupuncture. The reviews* supports the role of acupuncture to relieve neck pain and headaches, showing evidence for the treatment of joint and muscular pain.

Sinsook has 18 years of rich clinical experience and has been helping many pain related conditions, even chronic or poorly responding pains and injuries.  She has researched extensively and been helping many internal problems, such as digestive related; indigestion, bloating, IBS and many others. Sinsook also specialises in supporting women with fertility issues (natural or IVF assist) and through pregnancy, including help when your baby is overdue or in breech position. In addition, she can help women who are breast feeding and support post-natal recovery.
